Personal Thoughts
A pretty emotional (and fun) piece for me, even though it isn't my best work. Actually, this finished product looks a LOT different from the one I planned to do in the beginning! Guess somehow along the (long) way, I changed my mind. xD Here are some phrases of the song “Clear As Day” that jumped out at me and just demanded my attention:

Glowing in the tan you got that summer [hence the palomino mare]
Every detail is still in place and Some things never fade [the mare's side is pretty detailed, compared to the stallion's]
Last thing you said is I'll call you tomorrow
That's a call you never got to make [the mare's ghost and the oh-so-faint shadow]
They blamed it on the fog and pouring rain [pretty self-explanatory, right?]
And that night's still clear as day. [the moon]

About the Work
I think the only thing I don't really like about this one is the lighting, and I'm still experimenting with using multiple different background stock...so please bear with me.
