Do NOT steal!
A small but intensive manip I squeezed in between some art requests. Only used fifteen-some layers, but so far, I'm pretty satisfied with it. ^-^
Also, this is the first picture in my Pegasus manipulation series, The Final Flight Trilogy [link].

Improvement:
-The moon shouldn't be so yellow. I would suggest making it a pale blue to fit the wonderful color scheme you've made
-Also lighting is off, the top of neck should no be so dark but rather illuminated by the moon.
-The wings shouldn't be so high in my opinion
-Maybe-using the same technique used for muscle definition-enhance the wings and the individula feathers using highlights and lowlights
-the tail should be thicker and blowing with the direction of the waves since it's a storm.
-Where's the mane?!
-The shadow is little odd loocking. you should slant it to the right since the moonlight is from the top left.
-redraw the feathers around the legs, or smudge it outward so it doesn't look so flat
OVerall: a very nice job
Hope this was helpful!
The horse is a little fake looking... the wings are outlined very well with the light from the moon but the tail looks too straight... I like the stars that you added to the horse to give it that magical feel, and I like the fact that it's walking on water!
I especially like the water and the clouds in the background, though in the sky there's that big black streak across (basically where there are no clouds?) and it's a little distracting to the subject. I really like how you had the water underneath the hooves, though, like it was splashing up
Overall, AMAZING job, as always
